The regular coordination meeting between the EU High Level Advisers, EU Ambassador and EU Delegation management was held on September 8, with the aim of taking stock of the current status in each EU HLAs’ sectors.
The topics tackled during the meeting were related to the main developments and challenges in each of the EU High Level Advisers’ sectors, as well as proposed solutions and priority actions for the HLAs.
The EU Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, Janis Mazeiks, underlined once again the importance of the work to be carried out in each of the sectors of the Association Agreement, in order to implement the necessary reforms given the country’s candidate status.
The EU Delegation management and the team of Advisers welcomed also the new EU High Level Adviser on Justice and Prosecution, Gabriela Scutea, who started her assignment in Moldova just one day before the meeting.
Such regular coordination meetings provide the platform for regular and comprehensive updates on the progresses achieved in each sector, agreeing on priority actions and ensuring synergies between the activity sectors of all HLAs.
