The interns from the two internship programmes – the one funded by the European Union and the one funded from the national budget – discussed today with the Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian. The young people asked questions about the methods of solving the Transnistrian problem, especially in the context of the Republic of Moldova European Union integration efforts.
During the speech, Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Serebrian referred to the Transnistrian settlement process, explained the specifics of the Transnistrian issue and spoke about the government’s priorities in the area of the country’s reintegration policies, emphasizing the role of young people in this process.
Over 100 young people participate in the two internship programmes implemented by the Government and the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Moldova, within the EU High Level Advisers’ Mission, working within the Presidential Administration, the Secretariate of the Parliament, the State Chancellery, ministries and other public authorities.
