Junior Non-Key Expert/Assistant of the EU High Level Adviser on Public Finance Management
Corina Pavlisciuc has economic studies with a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in public law. A graduate of the International Visitors Leadership Programme (2018), funded by the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova.
Corina has working experience in both private and public sectors, she has extensive experience in tax administration, where she worked for more than 16 years. In her previous position she served as the face of State Tax Service in social media to educate the public about tax responsibilities and new initiatives, improving the image of the tax agency. She also led an outreach program to educate the youth of Moldova on how the tax system works. Also, she actively participated as a member of the working group for the Change Tax Administration Modernization Project (TAMP), which was carried out in the Republic of Moldova with the support of the World Bank.
She is the author of a series of normative acts intended to strengthen the interaction between the society and the fiscal authority
Before joining the EU High Level Advisers’ Mission Project team, she coordinated the finance department in a consulting company.
